Daniel locally picks the best and freshest products with care and pain to do his recipes and toppings. Several cheeses are grated every day. He does his own ricotta and te aromatic olive oils as well. Maus Habitos is a space of cultural and artistic intervention who shelters all forms of contemporary creation. Since 2001 that we enable the necessary conditions for artistic residences (visual arts, music, dance, video art, performative).
